Practice users can now pin specific data points in the Home Monitoring widget. This feature enhances user control, allowing providers to prioritize and easily access the most critical health information. By selecting which data points to highlight, providers can ensure that the most relevant information is always at their fingertips. This customization is user-specific, enabling each provider to tailor their view based on their unique needs and preferences.
How It Works
Selecting Data Points:
1. In the Patient Profile > Home Monitoring widget, users can view all available data points in the 'All' tab.
2. In order to pin a data point, select the pin icon and then select which data points you would like to pin, and click save
3. They can also re-arrange the data points as per desired sequence.
Pinned Data Points Display:
1. Pinned data points are prominently displayed in a separate "Pinned" tab within the Home Monitoring widget.
2. These pinned data points remain easily accessible each time the provider visits the patient's profile.
Editing Pinned Data Points:
1. Providers can modify their selection at any time by pinning or unpinning data points by selecting the pin icon and then turning off the data points and clicking save.
2. Changes are reflected immediately, ensuring the most relevant data points are displayed as needed.
Other points to note:
1. The pinned selections are synchronized between the web portal and the native app, providing a consistent experience across platforms.
2. This customization is user-specific, enabling each provider to tailor their view based on their unique needs and preferences. This setting will be automatically applied to the home monitoring widgets in other patient profiles.
