Person on Call Schedule

Key Features:

·     On Call Schedule Creation:

·     Users can access the On Call Schedule under Settings > Calls > On Call Schedule to create and manage on-call schedules.

·     Users can assign a unique schedule name and set a From Date and To Date,

·     The schedule can be configured for any combination of days within the selected date range.


·     User Assignment:

·     Users can select team members from the Account > Team module to assign them to the on-call schedule.

·     Additional users can be assigned to the on-call schedule, and the list of users is searchable.


·     Phone Tree Integration:

·     The created on-call schedule can be applied to the specified Dial Node in the phone tree.

·     Once applied, incoming calls will automatically redirect to the assigned person or group on call, ensuring seamless call routing.


·     Schedule Management:

·     Users can view, edit, and manage the on-call schedule as needed.

·     Users cannot select past dates, and only today or future dates can be used when creating a new schedule.

·     The edit feature allows users to modify the assigned users and the date/day configuration, while past schedules cannot be deleted if mapped to the Out of Office (OOO) or Holiday phone tree.

·     Users can view a list of schedules, with the ability to see which phone tree each schedule is mapped to.


·     Restrictions and Access Control:

·     Users cannot delete schedules that are currently mapped to an Out of Office (OOO) or Holiday Phone Tree but can still edit them.

·     The Person on Call configuration is accessible only within the provider web app to ensure proper access control.


·     Flexible Scheduling from Dial Node:

·     Users can also schedule or edit the person on call directly from the Dial Node itself, providing quick and easy configuration from within the phone tree.
