Note Template Responses

With the latest update, users now have access to macro template support for form components, streamlining the note-taking process and improving efficiency. This feature not only simplifies the creation of template responses but also provides greater flexibility in customizing notes and care plans according to individual preferences.


How It Works:


Creating Template Responses


1. Users can now create template responses specifically for notes, accessible via Settings > Tasks > Template responses.



2. Select + New


3. Create your template response and save


Using Template Responses:


1. To add a template response to a note, simply enter the "/" character at the beginning of the string. This triggers the template response feature, making it convenient to integrate predefined content into your notes.



Additional Features

  • Enabling Macros in Form Builder Settings: When creating notes and/or care plans, users have the option to enable macros for specific components. This includes Small text, Large text, Chief complaint, Subjective complaint, Objective finding, Assessment, and Plan. This empowers users to tailor their note-taking process according to their preferences and workflow.
  • Extended Capability: Beyond note-taking, the template response feature extends to various sections such as problem, allergy, medications, and all section notes in Fold.
