We are excited to introduce Fold Sidecar, a new feature designed to integrate essential insights and functionalities from Fold directly into your EHR interface. This integration aims to enhance the care delivery process by providing convenient access to pertinent information without disrupting your workflow, thereby fostering continuity of care.
How it Works
1. Users can login to the Fold sidecar using their Fold credentials with a simplified login process. Note: To enable this feature please reach out to the Fold Customer Success Team.
2. Once logged in, you can navigate to the Fold sidecar from anywhere in your EHR.
3. Patient-Centric Options - When accessed from a patient profile, you will see 3 options to select from:
a. Tasks: Access both patient and internal tasks with summary and detailed views, alongside quick actions for task management.
b. Insights: Explore Assessments and Active Care Journeys, providing valuable insights into the patient's care status.
c. Chat: Engage in real-time chat with patients, complemented by a comprehensive communication timeline for enriched patient interactions.
4. Efficient Workflow Integration - When accessed from other parts of the EHR, you will have the following options to select from:
a. Tasks: Access a comprehensive task management view with the option to view tasks by assignee, task pools and mentions.
b. Chat: Communicate internally with care teams through secure messaging.
