How it works

1.   To start using the GPT-powered reply feature, simply open any email you wish to reply to or click “email” from the patient profile

2.   Click on Generate with AI

3.   The GPT model will generate a draft response based on the email content.

4.   Review, edit, and customize the response as needed.

5.   Send the reply when you are satisfied with the content.
