Enhanced Support for Wearables

With this update, both providers and patients gain access to additional patient metrics such as heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and oxygen saturation directly within our platform. This enhancement aims to give providers a centralized platform for monitoring patient vitals, facilitating proactive and personalized care delivery.

How It Works:

1. Home Monitoring Widget: The centerpiece of this enhancement is the "Home monitoring" widget within the Patient profile section. This widget provides a comprehensive overview of patient-reported vitals, including wearable data and activity-related metrics such as steps, calories, and duration.

2. Detailed Vitals View: Within the Home monitoring widget, users can access detailed vital data for analysis. This includes historical data presented through intuitive graphs, along with key information such as last recorded value, date and time, unit, range, etc. The top level view displays the trend over the last week, whereas the next view displays detailed information over custom date ranges.

3. Customizable Date Ranges: Users have the flexibility to select date ranges for data analysis, enabling them to focus on specific periods such as the last week, month, etc.

4. Patient app: Patients will also be able to view and track the above wearable data points from the Profile > Wearables section of their apps.

Note: Please contact the Fold Customer Success team if you are interested in utilizing the Wearables feature.
