Enhanced Email Handling and Contact Management

Key Features:


1) Email Display Rules:


Display Criteria: Only emails from email addresses linked to existing leads or members will be displayed in the Fold email section.

Exclusion of Unassociated Emails: Emails from email addresses not associated with any leads or members will be excluded from the Fold email section.


2) Creation of 'Other' Contact Type:


Automatic Creation: Emails from unassociated email addresses will automatically create a custom contact named ‘Other’.

Contact Management: Users will not be able to convert these contacts to patients initially. However, they can update the contact type as needed by selecting the profile, clicking edit profile, and changing the contact type


3) Contact Type Updates:

Updating ‘Other’ Contacts: Users can change the contact type from 'Other' to another type (e.g., Lead, Member).

Contact Conversion: Once updated from ‘Other’, contacts become eligible for conversion to patients.

Permanent Update: Contacts updated from 'Other' cannot be changed back to 'Other'. Manual addition of 'Other' contact types is also restricted.


4) 'Other' Contacts Tab:


Dedicated Tab: A separate tab for 'Other' contacts will be available under Leads and Contacts.

Custom Fields Integration: 'Other' contacts can link with custom contact fields and will be visible in custom contact field selections.


5) Email Preferences in Notification Settings:

View Options: Users can select their default view for emails from the following options:

1) ALL: Shows all emails.

2) Patients, Leads & Contacts: Shows emails related to these categories.

3) Other: Shows emails linked to 'Other' contacts.

4) Default and Assigned Views: Emails assigned to users outside their default view will appear under "Assigned to Me" or "Assigned to Others" and "Mention".
