  • Multiple signatures can be created and managed in the Fold Content Module, offering flexibility for various contexts and preferences.
  • Users can edit, update, or delete signatures, with changes reflected in all future emails without impacting previously sent ones.

Seamless Email Integration:

  • Signatures can be added directly within the email composition window for quick and easy insertion, ensuring smooth integration into the email workflow.
  • Once selected, the signature will instantly append to the email, maintaining formatting and allowing users to continue composing without interruption.

Platform-Specific Customization:

  • Signatures created in Fold are specific to the platform and will not sync with external email clients like Outlook, ensuring that customization is tailored to Fold’s environment.
