eFax Notification

Key Features:

Incoming eFax Notifications:

Users can now choose how they wish to receive notifications for all incoming eFaxes with the following sub-options:

Only During Office Hours:

·     When enabled, users will receive notifications only for eFaxes received during office hours.

·     When disabled, users will not receive notifications for eFaxes during office hours.


@ All Times (During and After Office Hours):

·     When enabled, notifications will be sent for incoming eFaxes received at any time (both during and after office hours).


Only After Office Hours:

·     When enabled, users will receive notifications only for eFaxes received after office hours.

·     When disabled, notifications will not be sent after office hours.


Assigned eFax Notifications:

Users can control notifications for eFaxes assigned to them with the following options:

Only During Office Hours:

·     When enabled, notifications will be sent only for assigned eFaxes received during office hours, provided the user is logged in.

·     When disabled, no notifications will be sent during office hours for assigned eFaxes.


@ All Times (During and After Office Hours):

·     When enabled, users will receive notifications for assigned eFaxes received at any time, both during and after office hours.


Only After Office Hours:

·     When enabled, users will receive notifications only for eFaxes assigned to them after office hours, provided the user is logged in.

·     When disabled, notifications for after-hours assigned eFaxes will be suppressed.
