Key Features
1) Bulk Archive: Select and archive multiple conversations next to the "Mark as Read" button.
2) Confirmation Prompt: Confirms the user’s intention before archiving.
3) Visual Feedback: Banner or animation confirms successful archiving.
4) Post-Archiving Options:
Chats/SMS: Select, Unarchive, Assign, Search, More Options
Emails: Unarchive, Assign, More Options (…)
Consistency: Available across all tabs except the Archived tab.
Notes
-Scope: Applies to Fold only, not Outlook (Emails archived in Fold won’t archive in Outlook and vice versa)
-Visibility: Archived items grey out and disappear after refresh.
-Selective Archiving: "Select All" supports only "Mark as Read." Users can at max select 500 conversations to Bulk Archive
